Class-AB Square-Root Domain Filters Based on the Floating
In this paper a new approach for design of class-AB current-mode square-root domain filters based on the electronically simulated translinear loop principle is presented. FG-MOS transistors that operate in strong inverted saturation region are employed for implementation of translinear loop circuit. The filter achieves immunity to body effect, low circuit complexity, large input dynamic ran...
متن کامل2D DC resistivity forward modeling based on the integral equation method and a comparison with the RES2DMOD results
A 2D forward modeling code for DC resistivity is developed based on the integral equation (IE) method. Here, a linear relation between model parameters and apparent resistivity values is proposed, although the resistivity modeling is generally a nonlinear problem. Two synthetic cases are considered for the numerical calculations and the results derived from IE code are compared with the RES2DMO...
متن کاملA Nitsche-based domain decomposition method for hypersingular integral equations
We introduce and analyze a Nitsche-based domain decomposition method for the solution of hypersingular integral equations. This method allows for discretizations with non-matching grids without the necessity of a Lagrangian multiplier, as opposed to the traditional mortar method. We prove its almost quasi-optimal convergence and underline the theory by a numerical experiment.
متن کاملIntegral Equations for Crack Scattering∗
This chapter is concerned with cracks . Real cracks in solids are complicated: they are thin cavities, their two faces may touch, and the faces may be rough. We consider ideal cracks. By definition, such a crack is modelled by a smooth open surface Ω (such as a disc or a spherical cap); the elastic displacement is discontinuous across Ω, and the traction vanishes on both sides of Ω (so that the...
متن کاملThe radial basis integral equation method for 2D Helmholtz problems
A meshless method for the solution of 2D Helmholtz equation has been developed by using the Boundary Integral Equation (BIE) combined with Radial Basis Function (RBF) interpolations. BIE is applied by using the fundamental solution of the Helmholtz equation, therefore domain integrals are not encountered in the method. The method exploits the advantage of placing the source point always in the ...
